The sales rep Angela is a outstanding insurance agent who has always acted in my best interest to find me the best rates for my car insurance as well as my homeowners insurance. I highly recommend great Fla insurance agency they have access to a lot of companies and they truly research the best deals for their clients.

Angela Emery is a great agent. Excellent customer service skills. Made my decision to stay with Great Florida Insurance pretty easy. She found me several quotes for renewal of homeowners insurance. She kept me informed on updates and what to expect with renewal, answered all my questions in timely manner. Highly recommend her!

Alicia was spot on and got me a good policy in no time flat as my last agent dropped the ball. I thought my previous agent was shopping my policy when I contacted her as soon as I heard that my previous insurance policy was going to increase to $300 per month despite doing repairs that they required within the first year of coverage (i.e. new water heater, that was working perfectly fine and new water supply lines for all three sinks). After I started looking on my own and found Alicia(her insurance company was referred by another insurance company) my previous insurance agent said she couldn’t do any better. Alicia communicated well and was able to get me a more reasonable premium. Frankly all Florida homeowners insurance companies are asking for more money and less coverage. What a racket but Alicia is doing the best she can for me.
