Yomara Herrera has been so nice to work with. I've never changed Insurers in mid stream before. I had no clue what I was doing. She has been patient with me. I think I've gotten everything she needs. She'll send me a gentle reminder if I haven't. I would recommend her to anyone.

As a German citizen, I am not in Florida most of the time. This makes it all the more important that I have a reliable insurance broker in Florida with whom my cars and house are well insured. Where some other insurance brokers failed miserably, Yomara offered a top service. As a former German insurance broker, I can assess this very well. She is reliable and hardworking. Important virtues for me as a German.
